Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Flat Shipping charges on Fedex Ground or USPS Flat Rate for your order will be calculated based on the total of purchasing amount within US inland States and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimate for Fedex Ground is 2-5 days depending on the distance to the destination. USPS delivery estimate is 2-3 days. Please check with tracking numbers for your delivery estimate time. All retail sales over $25 and wholesale over $500 are Free shipping on Fedex Ground or USPS Flat Rate.
For items to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico, US Virgin Island and other US Islands,you have to choose USPS Flat Rate or USPS Priority. We will pick up the best rate for you based on your item volume. We will adjust the cost to let you by email or call. www.storeonlineus.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
We also have overnight or two days shipping by Fedex available for you to choose to expedite your shipment.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. If you’d like to ship internationally, please contact us for the shipping rate.The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected. www.storeonlineus.com is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
You have 7 calendar days
to return an item from the date you received it. Products returned for any reasons except for the damaged products or damaged products during the transportation are subject to returning shipping costs that vary depending on item weight. To be eligible for a return, you have to fill out our RMA return form in our website https://storeonlineus.com/index.php?roe=account/return/add; your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Damages
If you received our products damaged, or defects or missing parts, please fill out the RMA form to claim and email us the damaged product picture at leatherchic@gmail.com. When we get it approved, we will email you a call tag for a return. When we receive your return and get it final approved, we will send you either a new item or refund it to your credit card as your request. Please notice that all products which have minor discrepancies in colors, shapes, and etc. especially for the handcrafted leather products, between pictures in the website and the products you receive are not subject to damaged or defect products.
